Energy Saving Stamped Stainless Steel Submersible Mixer for Wastewater Sewage Treatment
Brief Description
QJB stamped submersible mixer is equipped with a lightweight stainless steel stamped impeller. It delivers excellent hydraulic efficiency and lower energy consumption, realizing homogeneous mixing in conventional biochemical tanks to prevent sludge sedimentation.
Product Overview
This mixer adopts thin-wall stainless steel impeller. Compared with cast iron submersible mixers, it features lighter overall weight and smaller startup load. The power range covers 0.37kW~18.5kW, with abundant medium and high power options available. The fully submersible sealed structure enables continuous mixing operation in aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic tanks of municipal wastewater treatment plants.
Working Principle
The sealed submersible motor drives the stainless steel impeller to rotate at high speed, generating continuous circulating flow to evenly distribute suspended sludge. When matched with aeration facilities, it reduces overall system energy consumption and improves oxygen transfer efficiency.
