Working Principle
Designed for minimal upkeep and long service life, this system combines interception, cleaning, lifting, and dewatering into a single automated unit, reducing manual labor and maintenance costs for solid treatment.
1. Interception
Featuring a 35° optimally angled drum that rotates at a constant rate, the equipment efficiently intercepts solid debris from incoming wastewater via high-density fine screen panels.
2. Cleaning
Automatic continuous cleaning is triggered by drum rotation, utilizing heavy-duty nylon brushes and high-pressure nozzles to clear solids without manual scrubbing, preventing clogging and maintaining consistent flow.
3. Lifting & Conveyance
Recovered solids are directed to the built-in screw conveyor, which gently lifts screenings out of the water using a rugged spiral mechanism, ensuring reliable material transfer.
4. Dewatering & Discharge
Screenings are compacted under pressure to lower moisture and shrink volume, with dewatered cake discharged directly into containers. The closed automated setup locks in odors and meets strict hygiene requirements.
