Working Principle

The system integrates four key functions—interception, cleaning, lifting, and dewatering—into one seamless, automated operation.

1. Interception
The drum, installed at an optimal 35-degree angle within the channel, rotates at a constant speed. Wastewater flows into the inlet port, where the fine screen panel intercepts and retains solid particles.

2. Cleaning
As the drum rotates, adhered solids are continuously and automatically cleaned. A combination of durable nylon brushes and a high-pressure spray nozzle system ensures the screen remains unclogged for consistent performance and throughput.

3. Lifting & Conveyance
The removed solids are guided into an integrated central screw conveyor. This internal spiral mechanism gently lifts the screenings upward out of the water flow.

4. Dewatering & Discharge
The screenings are then compacted and pressed within the discharge section to significantly reduce volume and water content. The final, dewatered cake is discharged directly into a container or transport system. The entire closed, automated process is odor-contained and hygienic.
