Product Overview

A screw press is a highly adaptable mechanical dewatering unit that employs a helical screw rotating within a cylindrical screen assembly. By exerting incremental pressure along its shaft, it effectively separates liquid phases from solid materials. It is widely recognized for its uninterrupted operation, energy efficiency, and low maintenance needs.

 

Working Principle

The LYZ type screw press is mainly composed of a driving device, screw shaft, extrusion pipe, discharge pipe, wear-resistant lining and drainage tank. Materials enter the extrusion pipe via the feed port, where they are compressed and dewatered before being transported to the discharge pipe. Separated wastewater flows into the drainage tank, completing solid-liquid separation effectively.The wear-resistant lining adopts nylon material, delivering excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The drive system is equipped with a shaft-mounted reducer, characterized by compact structure and easy installation and maintenance. The whole operation is conducted in a sealed steel pipeline, which effectively reduces noise and odor, creating a friendly and clean working environment.
