Product Overview
Engineered with superior sturdiness, the Rake-Type Mechanical Bar Screen is a continuous self-cleaning unit that reliably extracts coarse solid impurities at municipal and industrial wastewater intake sites. Its durable chain-and-rake linkage mechanism enables fully automatic, nonstop operation, shielding downstream pumping equipment and treatment procedures from clogging and unexpected breakdowns.
Working Principle
The system is constructed with a set of identical rake teeth positioned in parallel and staggered order to form a heavy‑duty, continuous cleaning chain. Driven by a dedicated motor and gear assembly, the chain rotates smoothly along guide sprockets for consistent and reliable waste handling.
