Product Overview
Designed for effective dewatering and solid-liquid separation, the SF Series Sand-Water Separator delivers outstanding performance and reliability in removing sand, grit, and other heavy inorganic materials from wastewater. This equipment is indispensable for municipal sewage treatment works, industrial pre-treatment processes, and other applications where controlling abrasive solids is vital to protect downstream equipment and optimize system performance.
Working Principle
Grit-laden wastewater flows into the separation module. Heavy grit particles settle to the base through gravity sedimentation and mechanical conveying. The uniquely designed spiral shaft steadily elevates and transfers the settled grit out of the water area. In the lifting process, free water is drained off, so that clean, dewatered grit with greatly reduced moisture is finally discharged.
