Product Overview
Built for conveying solid granular materials and loose lumpy materials, the PD type belt conveyor runs reliably with high conveying efficiency, long conveying distance, multi-point loading function and continuous conveying capacity. It allows horizontal or inclined installation to adapt to different site conditions. With a simple mechanical structure, this equipment is easy to control and maintain with minimal effort.
Working Principle
The equipment is designed with a continuous trough belt conveyor. Materials descend onto the conveyor belt from the discharge port of the grid or dewatering equipment. Driven by an electric drum, the materials are transferred from one end to the other, which is connected to a garbage bin for subsequent processing.

*The drive unit uses an oil-cooled electric drum, integrating the drive unit with the drum. It is aesthetically pleasing, rationally designed, easy to install, occupies little space, and is easy to maintain.
*The spiral tensioning device not only tensions the belt but also ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the conveyor belt.
*The scraper at the discharge port prevents material from adhering to the return conveyor belt, ensuring the material is conveyed to its intended location.
*The conveyor belt is made of four layers of reinforced rubber with metal joints, making it easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting.
*Slag baffles are installed on both sides of the upper trough-shaped support roller to ensure safe material transport.
