Working Principle

The polymer flocculant dosing machine starts dosing following a 2-minute delay, and the mixing system is put into operation at the same time. The required timing can be set through the input components mounted on the control panel. Once the inlet water system, wetting system, and dosing system achieve stable operation at high water level, the wetting system stops working. The dosing system and inlet water system allow the mixing system to run continuously. The operation and stop status of the mixer and dosing pump can be controlled locally via the control cabinet or remotely.
