Product Overview
Precision-engineered for efficiency and long-term reliability, our Rotary Drum Fine Screen is a fully integrated solution for solid separation in demanding wastewater scenarios. It performs exceptionally in removing fine suspended solids, from scum and short fibers to particulate matter, producing clarified effluent and dewatered, compact screenings.
Working Principle
Prioritizing odor containment and sanitary operation, this all-in-one system integrates interception, cleaning, lifting, and dewatering functions, delivering a fully enclosed automated solid-liquid separation process.
1. Interception
The drum, set at a 35-degree optimal angle, rotates steadily in the channel to capture solid particles from influent wastewater through fine mesh screens, starting the separation process.
2. Cleaning
As the drum turns, attached solids are removed automatically by durable nylon brushes and high-pressure water sprays, keeping the screen unobstructed and ensuring steady treatment performance.
3. Lifting & Conveyance
Isolated solids are fed into the integrated central screw conveyor, which elevates screenings upward and away from the water flow to avoid reintroducing contaminants into the wastewater.
4. Dewatering & Discharge
Solids are pressed and dewatered to minimize moisture and volume, then discharged as dry cake. The fully enclosed, automated operation eliminates odor leakage and maintains a hygienic workspace.
