Standard & Integrated Horizontal Flow Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) for Multi-Scenario Water Treatment
Brief Description
Adopting reflux dissolved air technology and utilizing the microbubble adsorption flotation principle, this unit rapidly separates light oily pollutants and light flocs from wastewater. It runs fully automatically with smooth startup and shutdown and a low failure rate. Designed for wastewater with low sediment content, it guarantees steady compliant effluent for standard sewage treatment.
Product Overview
The standard integrated horizontal flow dissolved air flotation machine is a highly versatile integrated wastewater treatment unit. It integrates coagulation, pressurized air dissolution, air flotation separation, automatic scum scraping and electrical control systems in one set. Fully prefabricated in the factory, it only needs on-site pipeline connection to put into operation. Equipped with mature horizontal flow DAF technology, it boasts a simple, robust structure, stable operation and convenient maintenance. It specializes in removing hard-to-settle emulsified oil, light suspended solids, fine fibers and colloidal impurities from water. Widely adopted for pretreatment of all types of conventional oily industrial wastewater, it is a mainstream flotation unit with wide application and stable performance across the market.
Working Principle
Clean water is pressurized and aerated inside the equipment to generate massive fine microbubbles. The microbubbles adsorb and bond with emulsified oil and light flocs in the water, lowering the overall density of pollutants so they float rapidly to the surface and form scum. An automatic scum scraper removes scum continuously, while purified water is discharged from the bottom to finish solid-liquid and oil-water separation.
