Brief Description

1. Peripheral Drive Sludge Scraper

Widely used for collecting and discharging sludge in sedimentation tanks of water supply, drainage and municipal engineering. Structurally, it is divided into half-bridge peripheral drive sludge scraper and full-bridge peripheral drive sludge scraper.

2. Peripheral Drive Sludge Suction Machine

The peripheral drive sludge suction machine is applicable to radial flow sedimentation tanks with central water inlet, peripheral water outlet and central sludge discharge, suitable for small, medium and large-diameter radial flow clarifiers. It is mainly used for sludge suction and discharge inside sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants.

Product Overview

1. Peripheral Drive Sludge Scraper

The peripheral drive sludge scraper mainly consists of flow stabilizer, current collector, central support, working bridge, sludge scraping mechanism, scum removal mechanism, driving device, travelling device and electric control box. The central support is composed of fixed base, slewing bearing and frame, capable of bearing axial force, radial force and overturning moment. The slip-ring type current collector is made up of collector rings and brush holders. The scum removal mechanism includes scum scraper, scum rake and scum hopper to efficiently remove floating scum on the water surface. The working bridge connects the central support and travelling end beam, equipped with walkways and guardrails. Components for sludge scraping and scum removal are installed underneath the bridge.

2. Peripheral Drive Sludge Suction Machine

This machine adopts peripheral drive, suitable for radial flow sedimentation tanks featuring central inflow, peripheral outflow and central sludge discharge. It is equipped with working bridge, sludge suction pipeline system, sludge collecting scraper, rotary scum transfer device and triangular weir plate. Sludge suction and discharge rely on hydrostatic pressure inside the tank, widely used for solid-liquid separation in sewage sedimentation tanks.

Working Principle

1. Peripheral Drive Sludge Scraper

Driven by the travelling device, the whole unit runs along the periphery of the sedimentation tank. The working bridge drives the sludge scraping mechanism and scum removal mechanism to rotate synchronously. It continuously collects sludge settled at the tank bottom for sludge discharge, meanwhile scraping and discharging floating scum on the water surface.

2. Peripheral Drive Sludge Suction Machine

Wastewater flows into the tank through the central inlet pipe, spreads radially toward the tank periphery via the flow stabilizer, and suspended sludge settles on the tank bottom. The driving unit rotates the working bridge around the tank perimeter. The sludge collecting scraper gathers sludge, which is sucked into the sludge collecting trough through suction pipes under hydrostatic pressure, then flows into the central sludge tank and is discharged via central sludge pipe. Floating scum on water surface is guided into the scum hopper by the rotary scum transfer device. Clarified supernatant flows over triangular weir plates into the outlet channel for discharge.
